National Honey Board releases '09 culinary education kit
An updated and enhanced version of the Honey Culinary Education Kit is now available from the National Honey Board. The Honey Board created the education module to familiarize both student and professional culinarians with the value and benefits of honey--as a food, an ingredient and a marketing tool.
